Perfect for a birthday party, school holiday activity, team bonding session, or just as an excuse to get the girls together, Lifestyles half-day workshops combine health, beauty and mindfulness, and can be tailored to suit the needs, interests and age of the group.
Working with younger groups, I’ll focus on building resilience, self-esteem, mindfulness and confidence, while with teen and adult groups I’ll incorporate hair and beauty styling for a holistic personal workshop.
No matter the age, your group will leave the studio feeling confident, relaxed and inspired, with a toolbox full of expert tips and advice to implement in their day-to-day lives.
