The Richard's Trauma Process (TRTP)

TRTP is short for The Richards Trauma Process, which is a simple 3 step therapy process to move people through anxiety, depression, PTSD, and many other mental health concerns.

You don’t need to have severe mental health struggles, even low level anxiety will benefit massively from this incredible process.

In just 3 sessions you will moved from your current state to a healthier and calmer version of the person i am imagining you have wanted to get back to or find in yourself!

The process is simple, it is done over 3 appointments about a week or 10 days apart and you need to allow around 2hrs for each session.

I will walk you through each process step by step and there is nothing more you need to do, then to show up with 100% commitment to healing.
