Do you listen to your emotions?
I know I never used to, I didn’t have “time” for feelings………I was too “busy”
But do you where this got me? Absolutely nowhere, I ended up physically sick with a pain condition that is predominately brought on by stress!!!!!
These days, I feel all the feels, anger, sadness, grief, resentment, happiness, tiredness, you name it, I feel them all! And the beautiful thing is, my pain condition has pretty much gone into remission with all that stuck energy and emotion moved through my body, it no longer needs to scream at me to STOP, SLOW down and look at how you’re feeling and listen to your body!
Where do you need to lean in and make some changes?????
Maybe you need some guidance…….I believe women should support each other, so reach out to a trusted friend, a sister, a mother anyone you can share your feelings to, and most of all, allow yourself TIME, to feel what you need to feel and make yourself a priority!
